Glass:
Martini – Pre chilled using cubed ice. Discard before pouring the cocktail into the glass.
Method:
Using a shaker tin, shake vigorously until the tin is frosted. Double strain using a tea and hawthorn strainer into a pre chilled martini glass
Ingredients:
– 1 shot Vodka
– 1 shot Wild Peach Schnapps
– 1 ½ shots lemon juice
– 1 ½ shots Cranberry juice
Garnish:
Orange Zest

Highball – filled with cubed ice
Method:

– 1 shot Blanco tequila
– 1 shot Wild Peach Schnapps
– 1 shot Lemon juice
– Half shot Grenadine
– 1 shot Pineapple Juice
– 1 shot Cranberry juice
