The Harvest
The Cellar
matured for 14 months in French oak. We only use the older barrels so that the oak does not dominate all that luscious dark cherry and raspberry fruit.
Aging Potential
This wine is ready for drinking (try and stop yourself – you just can’t). It can be aged for 3-5 years.
