Intense ruby color.
Combination of ripe black fruits, sweet spices and soft toasts with light notes of tobacco.
Fine notes of leather, tobacco and mocha. On the palate it is round, silky and complex, with a long and delicate finish.

The Harvest
Manual harvest.
The Cellar
Double selection table, destemming and light crushing. Its fermentation is at a controlled temperature and its maceration lasts for 25-30 days.
It rests in 225-liter French oak barrels for 15 months and a minimum of 20 months in the bottle.
