The Cellar
The grapes were harvested at 25°Balling and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
The wine matured for 17 months in 225ltr French oak barrels, of which 53% were new French oak 31% 2 nd and 16% 3 rd fill barrels.
Alcohol content: 14%; Total acidity: 6 g/l; pH: 3.52; Residual sugar: 2 g/l; Extract: 31.8 g/l
