A Bordeaux-style blend in the finest tradition. Currently the only Bordeaux-style blend grown and made in the Hemel-en-Aarde.
Traditional skin fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels. Light filtration before bottling.
16 months – 31% new wood, 33% 2nd, 36% 3rd fill
