The Pazos de Lusco estate has five hectares of vineyards planted with the traditional system of Pergola which allows the Albariño grape to be fully displayed.
All the grapes are handpicked and transported to the winery in small boxes to preserve the fruit as much as possible.
This cellar, located in one of the limits of the Denominación de Origen Rías Baixas, creates white wines that seduce, vintage after vintage, by its fruity character and their pleasant mouths.

The best bunches are selected at the winery and after a short maceration the grapes are lightly pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel vats followed by six months on the lees to to give it a more rounded and full bodies palate.
