The grapes were sourced from the Robertsvlei Valley in Franschhoek.
The Cellar
Grapes were whole bunch pressed in an old basket press before natural fermentation in Apollo tank imported from the USA. The wine has been in French Oak barrels for 6 months before bottled. This wine shows excellent aging potential.
